Terms of Service

1- The Domain Name registration fee is not refundable.

2- By applying to register a domain name, or by asking us to maintain or renew a domain name registration, you hereby represent and warrant to us that:
(a) the statements that you made in your Registration Agreement are complete and accurate;
(b) to your knowledge, the registration of the domain name will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of any third party;
(c) you are not registering the domain name for an unlawful purpose; and
(d) you will not knowingly use the domain name in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3- It is your responsibility to determine whether your domain name registration infringes or violates someone else's rights.

4- Your registration is subject to the terms and conditions of Domain Registration, "Registration Agreement", and the Domain Name is granted to you subject to this "Agreement" by the relevant Registration Authority. The Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "Policy") which has been adopted by each Registration Authority, is incorporated by reference into your Registration Agreement, and sets forth the terms and conditions in connection with a dispute between you and any party other than us (the registrar) over the registration and use of an Internet domain name registered by you.

5- You are responsible to make sure that the domain is maintained as per the Registration Agreement, and renewed on time. We inform the Administrative contact 60 days and 30 days prior to renewal at the email address on record for this contact. It is your entire responsibility to renew the domain when due. Failure to renew the domain by the due date will result in the loss of the domain name.

6- You agree to release, indemnify, and hold us, our contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors and affiliates harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, of third parties relating to or arising under this Agreement, the Services provided hereunder or your use of the Services, including without limitation infringement or negligence by you, or someone else using the E-mail Service with your computer, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity, or from the violation of any of our operating rules or policy relating to the service(s) provided. You also agree to release, indemnify and hold us harmless pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the Dispute Policies pertaining to the appropriate Registration Authorities.
